AS Series

The AS series is a small jumbo similar in size to a classical guitar. Although a little less in volume than any of the other models, it’s size still belies the volume which these guitars can produce. Many of our customers find this guitar a much more manageable size, especially classical players and those more used to the OM size of guitar.

Upper Bout = 270mm (10 11/16”)

Body Depth at tail block = 115mm (4 17/32”)

Body Depth at neck block = 95mm (3 23/32”)

Overall Body Length = 485mm (19 1/16”)

Overall Length = 1007mm (39 5/8")

Scale Length = 648mm (25 1/2”)

Nut Width 45mm (1 3/4”) as standard but any size from 28mm (1 3/32”) to 52mm (2 3/8”) is available.

String spacing at bridge 55mm as standard and 53 and 57mm are available at no extra charge. Other sizes are available.

12 string nuts are 47mm wide as standard. Cutaways are rounded Venetian type only.

Bindings and inlays are selected for the individual instrument and will vary between models. All guitars have solid wood rosettes with Paua Abalone inlay. All fingerboards are solid Ebony and trimmed with solid wood binding. Highly figured woods are not used for bindings on cutaway models. Nut and saddle material is Bone.

Machine heads are Gotoh SG381 on standard range and Gotoh 510s on premium and master range models. All guitars come with a Hiscox flight case.
